Booking privacy.
Our appointment form asks for your name, phone number, email address, vehicle, the service or concern you describe, and a drop-off time. Please leave out payment details and other sensitive information.
How we use your information
We use your information to verify your email address, reserve and manage your appointment, prepare for your vehicle, and contact you about your visit. Booking information is available to authorized shop staff in our private shop system. Submitting an appointment does not sign you up for marketing.
Email verification and secure links
Open the verification link in your email, then press “Confirm my appointment” before a time can be reserved. Opening the link alone does not book an appointment. Unverified requests and their links expire after 24 hours. Availability is checked again when you verify. Your confirmation email includes a private link to view, change or cancel your appointment. Anyone with that link can manage your booking, so do not share it publicly. Call the shop if you lose access or think the link has been shared.
What website visitors can see
The public calendar shows available drop-off times. It does not show customers' names, vehicles, contact information, service descriptions or staff notes. Your appointment details are accessible through your private email link and to authorized shop staff.
Cookies, delivery and records
The booking page uses a necessary session cookie for security and does not load advertising or analytics scripts. Our hosting and email providers process technical information needed to operate the service and deliver appointment emails. Temporary email-delivery records are kept for up to 30 days. Confirmed appointments and related shop records follow our shop's existing record-handling practices. You can contact us about access, correction or deletion of your information, subject to records we need to keep.
