We listen to your concerns, test-drive when appropriate, inspect and test the relevant systems, diagnose the problem, and prepare a repair estimate. We explain the findings before you decide on repairs.
Do I have to approve repairs?
Yes. We must have your approval before performing repairs. We explain our findings and repair estimate first. You are not obligated to purchase repairs after the free diagnosis.
Can I wait for the repair?
Repair vehicles need to remain at the shop pending parts arrival and mechanic availability. Call to discuss your vehicle and timing.
Do I need an appointment to drop off?
Walk-ins are welcome. Choose a weekday morning for repair drop-off. You can call first to discuss your vehicle, the problem, or current availability.
Can you work on every vehicle or problem?
We service most non-European cars, SUVs, pickups, and work trucks, with some minor semi-truck services. We do not replace engines or transmissions, or rebuild transmissions. Call about the specific work you need.
